Villa ChocoCruz is a three bedroom two and half bath premier property located On Maria Bluff, in the quiet and prestigious Great Cruz Bay Estates. A five minute drive to Cruz Bay Town and a ten minute drive to the National Park beaches. Situated 250' above the Caribbean with privacy all around and spectacular views of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas and the barrier islands. The lighted, 30' pool offers jacuzzi jets, a uniform depth of 4.5', bench and an extraordinary view day and night. Nearly 3000 square feet of deck add to your outdoor pleasure.
A spacious Great Room with comfortable tropical furnishings, air conditioning and a complete entertainment center including TV VCR Stereo CD and Cassette Players including an assortment of books videos, CD's and cassettes for your enjoyment.
The "Newly Renovated Kitchen" is completely equipped with all large and small appliances. A Native stone wall highlights the large sink, dishwasher and stunning Corian countertops. Natural wood cabinets with plenty of storage house all the cooking tools required for the stay at home chef. Enjoy your meals indoors on the large wicker dining room glass top table with seating for six.
Dine out on the upper covered deck on the rectangular rot iron table with seating for eight while you view the passing cruise ships and magical sunsets. A shaded dining area on the lower deck comes with a gas grill and convenience to the pool area while the second dining table is close to the New Tikki Bar complete with stereo, bar stools, refrigerator/freezer, and blender for whipping up those frozen island delights.
Lounge or snooze in the comfortable hammock or curl up with a good book while entranced buy the fabulous Caribbean view. A professional telescope provides endless nights of star gazing.
The Main Level Master Bedroom
Both king-size suites contain private baths sitting areas, ceiling fans, air conditioning, TV, VCR and cable TV and telephones. The main level suite boasts high cathedral ceilings and opens to the expansive outside deck perfect for stargazing.
The Pool Suite
The pool suite features a wicker/rattan king sized bed with matching end tables and lamps. A dinette table and chairs perfect for reading or watching TV on the 25" screen or watching a moving on the VCR or cable TV. Store or hang your clothes in the plantation style armoire. Lemon colored curtains hang from each window to provide privacy or for sleeping in or an afternoon nap. Cordless phone, ceiling fan and a/c complete this retreat.
The third bedroom, also with air conditioning, has the option of two twin beds or with a custom bridge can be converted to a king. Bombay chest with bamboo mirror, comfortable wide wicker chair and 19"tv with cable for your viewing pleasure. Down the hallway between the two bedrooms is a full bath with shower shared by both the pool suite and third bedroom. The laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the lower level.
The grounds are attractively landscaped with unique tropical plants including Bougainvillea, Flamboyant, white Bird of Paradise and several species of Heliconia. The circular driveway winds through the property to allow easy access.
For toddler safety, a nylon mesh barrier may be installed around the pool, by advance request.

This villa accepts small children with the addition of a safety net around the pool. Installation fee of $150 will be added for children under two.
Rates are based on a seven night stay, double occupancy. ChocoCruz rents Saturday to Saturday only.
Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%. Please make checks payable to Island Getaways Escrow.
