Convenient to the main town of Cruz Bay, shopping, dining and the famous North Shore beaches of the National Parks, this 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath villa located on Hart Bay beach offers a combination of sophistication and romantic tropical charm.
The massive pool and decking
The beautiful gourmet kitchen features Corian countertops, mahogany cabinets, and ocean-view cooking. Included are refrigerator, gas top range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and additional gourmet amenities. Ideal for the gourmet chef. The formal mahogany dining table with seating for eight and a large mahogany buffet complete this pleasurable dining experience.
The Main Great Room features a comfortable Seagrass loveseat with two large chairs and glass top coffee table. Two plantation style sitting chairs with mahogany accents table to give you plenty of seating for watching tv or the fabulous ocean views of the south to St. Croix and east to Ram's head and the vast Caribbean Sea. The large mahogany armoire contains all the electronics for your viewing and listening pleasure: TV with Expanded Cable, VCR, Stereo, CD player and Bose SoundDock.
The upper and lower outside decks feature glass top dining tables with seating for six. As an added safety feature, a gate as been added at the top of the stairs.

The two air conditioned king master suites on the main level feature large spacious showers with coral stone accent walls. Both suites have sliding glass doors that open up to the outside deck to enjoy the fabulous down island views.

The expansive lower level includes table seating for eight, a gas grill, as well as eight reclining lounge chairs all with comfortable cushions. The expansive deck gives you plenty of room to spread out. Whether you prefer the sun or shade let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep.
The lower level contains two guest suites both with air conditioning and half bath, each with private entrance to the shared shower. A private sitting area with Cable TV, a kitchenette with bar seating for two a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and blender make this ideal for breakfast or entertaining by the pool. The washer and dryer is also located on this level.
The Coconut Cabana has two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king. Cottage style white wicker headboards with matching night stands and dresser complete this suite.
The Seaside Suite with king bed has large sliding glass doors that open out to the expansive pool deck.
You'll enjoy the villa's convenient location, 10 minutes from the town of Cruz Bay and 15 minutes from National Park beaches.
Just a short walk below, lies Hart Bay Beach where you can swim, snorkel or beach comb to your Heart's Delight.

Weekly rates are based on double occupancy, un-rented bedrooms will remain locked and unoccupied during your stay.
This is a non smoking villa, however smoking is permitted outside in the exterior deck areas
Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs.
