The master suite and four guest suites are in the main house making this an ideal home for families with small children. The first guest suite with queen bed, sits on the main level, just off the kitchen area. An interior staircase just before, takes you upstairs, where the master, 3rd and 4th guest suites are situated. Both guest suites with queen beds. The fifth bedroom, below the pool, is a studio with 2 twin beds, full kitchen, private bath, 19" plasma TV,Cable,DVD, & CD players.

The pool gazebo features bar seating, a commercial 4 burner Bull BBQ, blender, ice maker and sink, perfect for whipping up a tasty frozen treat.

The gourmet kitchen features custom made Cherry Cabinetry, bar seating, Venetian granite countertops, with stainless steel double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, counter top range, microwave and all minor appliances. A large walk in pantry, walk in wet bar with wine cooler and beautiful mahogany dining table with seating for ten.
Exterior finish of native blue stone with custom mahogany doors make this a classic Caribbean style home.
The Master Suite boasts a queen size mahogany sleigh bed with three drawer dresser, desk and chair. A ceiling fan with two double mahogany doors that open up to the large private balcony with outside seating or lounging. A/C, private bath and large walk in closet finish of the master suite.

Deposit
Information:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%, and a $500 refundable security deposit. Please make checks payable to Rebecca Capano
